(PAL) on long-term operating leases. Both aircraft will be powered by Rolls Royce Trent XWB engines, with the first delivery scheduled for December 2025.

This is our first A350-1000 delivery and underscores our commitment to supporting the industry’s development with latest-technology aircraft,” said Steven Townend, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, BOC Aviation. “As a global aircraft operating lessor, and the largest headquartered in Asia, our financial strength and orderbook allows us to support the growth our airline customers with both capital and capacity.”

Azorra sells two A330-300s to Xiamen Airlease
Azorra announced the sale of two Airbus A330-300 aircraft to Xiamen Aircraft Leasing, a China-based aircraft lessor. Both aircraft (MSN 1432 / 1579) are on lease to Sichuan Airlines, one of China’s major carriers. John Evans, Chief Executive Officer, Azorra, says: “We are proud to complete our first transaction with Xiamen Airlease and to deepen our relationships with key trading partners across the Asia-Pacific region. This transaction highlights the strength of Azorra’s diverse, multilingual team — including our Mandarin-speaking colleagues who were instrumental in supporting this deal — and our ability to work seamlessly across cultures to execute complex transactions around the world. As global demand continues to grow, we remain focused on delivering flexible, high-quality solutions that create long-term value for our airline customers and lessor trading partners.”

Edward Chen, Chief Executive Officer, Xiamen Airlease, says: “We are honored to establish cooperation with Azorra. Through close communication and trusted collaboration between the two teams, we have successfully completed the delivery process of these two A330-300 aircraft. The aircraft, manufactured in 2013 and 2014, are powered by Rolls-Royce Trent 700 engines.

Avolon prices US$850 million in senior unsecured note offer
Avolon announced the pricing of a private offering by its wholly owned subsidiary, Avolon Holdings Funding Limited, for a principal aggregate amount of US$850 million of 4.700% senior unsecured notes due 2031. The notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Avolon, and by certain of its subsidiaries. The offering is expected to close on or about 11 December 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Net proceeds from the Offering will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include the future repayment of outstanding indebtedness.

The notes will not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or any state securities law and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from registration under the Securities Act and applicable state securities laws. The Notes will be offered in the United States only to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A of the Securities Act and outside the United States under Regulation S of the Securities Act.
