Asian Aviation today announced that it will transition to a fully digital platform, ceasing regular print publication from January 2026. This strategic move reflects the publication’s commitment to sustainability, digital innovation, and delivering greater accessibility to its global audience.
The digital-first approach will offer readers:
- Faster, timelier news updates and more frequent reporting
- Enhanced multimedia and interactive features
- Expanded global reach
- A significantly reduced environmental footprint
While regular print editions will cease, Asian Aviation will continue to produce special print issues for major industry events. As part of this evolution, the publication will also introduce a tiered subscription model with further details to be announced soon.
“Our commitment to high-quality, independent aviation journalism remains unchanged,” said Matt Driskill, Editor of Asian Aviation. “We are simply delivering it in a more sustainable and dynamic way.”
Publisher Marilyn Tangye Butler added: “Our readers told us what they want, and we have listened. This transition ensures we can continue serving the aviation community with the depth, quality, and innovation they expect from Asian Aviation.”
