Emil Ahlgren, director of operations, APAC, Web Manuals says: “Our growing customer community in Oceania speaks volumes about the demand for digitalisation, automation, and innovation in the region. We’ve seen a broad range of companies joining us, from airlines and business jet operators through to unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), flight schools, and aero medical services. The new office is in a stunning location, right in the central business district, seconds away from Darling Harbour and close to the Opera House. Our strengthened presence in Australia will ensure we continue to support local customers and help them get the most out of Web Manuals’ solutions.”

Four team members will be based in the Sydney office, including a training specialist who will work with local customers to maximise their use of the Web Manuals platform. The new site will act as a satellite to the Singapore office, which was the company’s first location in APAC and opened in 2021.

As of June 2025, Web Manuals’ total global client base is 728. It now supports 94,000 users worldwide and manages more than 700,000 manuals. The company is headquartered in Malmö, Sweden, and has offices in New York, San Diego, Singapore, and Sydney.
