The Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam (CAAV) has certified ExecuJet Haite Aviation Services to do line and heavy maintenance on Vietnam-registered Dassault, Embraer and Gulfstream business jets.
The certification applies to ExecuJet Haite’s state-of-the-art maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facilities at Tianjin Binhai International Airport and Beijing Daxing International Airport, solidifying its position as a leading business aviation MRO provider for the region.
The certification covers: Dassault Falcon 7X and 8X aircraft, Gulfstream G650ER, and Embraer Legacy aircraft. The Legacy series of business jets is derived from Embraer’s EMB-135 and EMB-145 commercial regional jets.
The Vietnam civil aviation regulator has also certified ExecuJet Haite to perform inspections, maintenance and preventative maintenance on the engines installed on the aircraft, namely the 8X’s PW307D, the G650ER’s Rolls-Royce BR700-725A1 and the Legacy’s Rolls-Royce AE3007 engines.
ExecuJet Haite is an authorised service centre (ASC) for Dassault Aviation and Embraer and an authorised warranty facility (AWF) for Gulfstream aircraft. This, coupled with the Chinese MRO organisation’s proximity to Vietnam, make it an attractive choice for Vietnamese operators. Being an ASC and AWAF means ExecuJet Haite can, on behalf of the customer, do work under manufacturer warranty.
“This CAAV certification for airframe and engines – along with our authorised status from the three aircraft manufacturers – creates a streamlined and efficient pathway for Vietnamese business jet owners and operators to service their aircraft,” says Paul Desgrosseilliers, General Manager of ExecuJet Haite.
“This approval from the CAAV is a testament to the rigorous standards and exceptional quality of our technical services in both Tianjin and Beijing Daxing,” he says, adding that “it positions us an ideal maintenance partner for Vietnam’s dynamic and growing business aviation sector.”
“Aircraft owners and operators of these business aircraft in Vietnam can now seamlessly schedule their heavy maintenance checks with us, confident in our regulatory compliance, technical expertise and commitment to service excellence. We offer a compelling combination of world-class service, logistical convenience, and now, full regulatory acceptance from their home authority,” he adds.
ExecuJet MRO Services’ Australasian operation celebrates anniversary

ExecuJet MRO Services’ Australasian operation is celebrating its 25th anniversary in October, marking a quarter century of technical excellence and trusted service to the business aviation community across Australia, New Zealand and the wider Asia-Pacific region. Founded in 1991 at Johannesburg’s Lanseria International Airport – where it remains headquartered today – ExecuJet has grown into a global leader in business aircraft maintenance. The Australasian operation, which started in Sydney in the year 2000, has evolved from a single-site maintenance provider into an award-winning, multi-facility regional network recognised for its depth of expertise and world-class customer support.
Grant Ingall, Regional Vice President Australasia at ExecuJet MRO Services, says: “Twenty-five years is more than a number; it’s a testament to the dedicated people who built this company from the ground up. We’ve cultivated a culture where quality workmanship, attention to detail and outstanding customer service are paramount. The expertise in our hangars today is the direct result of that focus and our team’s relentless commitment.”
ExecuJet MRO Services Australasia’s workforce has grown to nearly 100 professionals, including licensed aircraft maintenance engineers and technicians as well as a robust pipeline of apprentices and technical trainees. Many team members have dedicated over a decade to the organisation, creating a unique blend of institutional knowledge and fresh perspective.
“Our greatest asset is our people. We have engineers who’ve grown with us for decades, and we’re equally committed to mentoring the next generation. That combination of deep experience and new energy is what keeps us competitive and responsive to our customers’ evolving needs,” said Ingall.
ExecuJet MRO Services Australasia has continued to expand its MRO capabilities following Dassault Aviation’s acquisition of the ExecuJet MRO Services Group in early 2019. For example, it is certified to maintain line and heavy maintenance on all Dassault Falcon in-production aircraft types and many legacy models. Maintenance engineers and technicians are trained to the latest OEM standards, so customers receive factory-quality service throughout the region. The company’s mobile repair teams serve as a critical rapid-response resource across Australasia, Southeast Asia and the Pacific, regularly deploying to resolve aircraft-on-ground (AOG) situations with the backing of seven international regulatory approvals, including Australia’s CASA, US FAA, the New Zealand CAA as well as Indonesian, Bermuda, Cayman and San Marino approvals.
