Metrojet Engineering Clark (MEC), a provider of aircraft maintenance and engineering services based in the Philippines, has been appointed as an Authorised Dealer for Gogo, previously known as Satcom Direct (SD) in the region, a global provider of multi-orbit multi-band inflight connectivity solutions for business and military/government aviation.
This appointment enables MEC to support the distribution and installation of satellite connectivity systems for business jet operators, contributing to enhanced communication capabilities for Metrojet’s clients and flight crew during flight operations. In addition to installation, MEC offers support and maintenance programmes aimed at sustaining long-term system performance. The team is equipped to deliver technical services that meet regulatory and operational standards.

Metrojet Engineering Clark currently operates a 7,100 m2 hangar providing both hangar and ramp parking and a fully authorised repair station with approvals from the Civil Aviation Authority of The Philippines (CAAP), The United States Federal Aviation Administration (The U.S. FAA), the Cayman Islands CAA, the Qatar QCAA, the Isle of Man CAA, the San Marino CAA, the Korea MOLIT, the Indonesia DGCA, and the Bailiwick of Guernsey DCA.
