A fifth aircraft has since been acquired and will be torn down in the Philippines, meaning inventory from all five will be available worldwide through AerFin’s warehousing network across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. The programme has been designed to maximise the availability of serviceable A320neo material while ensuring a highly efficient and sustainable recycling process. Working closely with aircraft maintenance, storage and recycling centre, TARMAC Aerosave, AerFin developed a tailored workflow that prioritised the early removal of landing gear and other critical components. This proactive approach accelerates the delivery of essential parts to operators, lessors and MROs, helping them maintain fleet reliability, reduce turnaround times and keep aircraft flying.

Revima launches GEAR-ASSIST and OPTIPOWER: Revima has launched two new additional value services at MRO Europe. GEAR-ASSIST and OPTIPOWER are designed to enhance airline operational performance, reduce cost and improve sustainability. GEAR-ASSIST delivers on-site landing gear working party support at airline premises. Leveraging over 50 years of landing gear MRO expertise and facilities in France and Thailand, specialist working parties can be deployed globally providing certified repairs, inspections, component replacements, full landing gear removal & installation solutions, and more. Capitalizing on broad aircraft capability and focus on fast customer response, the service ensures minimized downtime, and maximum operational continuity for operators. OPTIPOWER offers airlines unique real-time visibility into ground electric and pneumatic service (GPU, ACU, PCA or FEGP) performance. Building on the success of Effifuel and Opticooling, which optimize APU use in real time & cabin cooling management respectively, OPTIPOWER takes aircraft power management efficiency during turn-around to the next level. Experience with our early customer airlines have demonstrated optimized ground power service use, cut fuel burn and emissions, and eliminate service billing discrepancies. The result: lower ground operations costs and improved sustainability. Both services are available as stand-alone or integrated solutions, accessible to all operators.

News in brief on AerFin TARMAC Aerosave GAMIT European Cargo Revima Jettainer IBS Software AJW Group CAE Advanced Aircrew AcademySabre unveils AI revenue engine: Sabre announced the launch of SabreMosaic Continuous Revenue Optimizer (CRO), a AI-driven modular solution that enables airlines to move beyond traditional fare classes and deliver continuous pricing recommendations for each shopping request. Built in partnership with Riyadh Air, CRO expands on the momentum of SabreMosaic, the modular, AI-native platform introduced last year that has already delivered more than 16 new products for over 10 airline customers, generating tens of millions of dollars in estimated incremental revenue to its airline users. The new solution combines Sabre’s proprietary data and algorithms with Sabre’s AI capabilities to continuously determine the optimal price for every seat per customer segment. By analysing real-time demand, booking patterns and competitive market conditions, CRO enables airlines to present each passenger with the most relevant and competitive fare for their journey. This helps travellers find offers that best match their preferences, while allowing airlines to adjust pricing—sometimes downward—to absorb additional demand and thereby increase total revenue. In doing so, airlines can achieve up to a 3.5 percent uplift in overall revenue without adding capacity.
