Thailand’s CAAT to adopt Boeing’s CBTA library solution

Boeing and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) announced a first-of-its kind collaboration to introduce Boeing’s Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) Learning Library solution across flight training organisations throughout Thailand. The initiative marks the first time a regulator has implemented the CBTA Learning Library across an entire ecosystem. This will support the development of the next generation of airline pilots by providing access to Boeing’s industry-leading CBTA learning content, designed to strengthen pilot competencies, improve training effectiveness, and better prepare cadets for modern airline operations. As demand for 66,000 new pilots over the next 20 years continues to grow across Southeast Asia, the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to enhancing aviation safety, training quality, and workforce readiness.
