Tecnam announced that Pacific States Aviation (PSA) has expanded its fleet with the addition of a new Tecnam P2006T MkII (Premium Edition). The acquisition, aimed at enhancing multi-engine training capacity in the greater Bay Area, was facilitated by authorised Tecnam dealer Cutter Aviation and financed by strategic lease partner Nesher. This delivery marks the very first twin-engine aircraft to join PSA’s expanding Tecnam fleet. The integration of the P2006T MkII provides students with a modern, exceptionally fuel-efficient twin-engine platform. Offering highly reliable training operations, the aircraft features a state-of-the-art glass cockpit environment designed to closely resemble real-world commercial aviation, ensuring a seamless transition for future airline pilots. “At Pacific States Aviation, we are deeply committed to providing environmentally responsible flight training alongside top-tier instruction,” said Rashid Yahya, Owner/President of Pacific States Aviation, Inc. “The Tecnam P2006T MkII perfectly aligns with this mission. It offers our students a highly advanced, modern multi-engine platform while allowing us to significantly reduce our environmental footprint.” “We look forward to building a strong, long-term partnership with Rashid and the team at Pacific States Aviation,”said Patrick Cote, Regional Manager – Cutter Tecnam. “We’re excited to support the continued growth of their multi-engine training program and are confident the Tecnam P2006T MkII will provide students with an exceptional training platform for years to come.” To support PSA’s growth, customised financing was provided by Nesher, a company dedicated to facilitating fleet expansion for premier flight schools across the United States. “Nesher is excited to continue expanding our West Coast relationship with Tecnam and PSA,”stated Reuven Hahn, Managing Member at Nesher. “Nesher is proud to partner with PSA and support bringing a modern platform to their multi-engine curriculum.” First P2006T NG SPORT delivered to BA FLIGHT in Argentina Tecnam announced a major double milestone for its Latin American operations. Facilitated by the regional experts at Aerotec Argentina SA, the very first Tecnam P2006T NG SPORT in Argentina has been delivered to BA FLIGHT school. The delivery to BA FLIGHT marks a significant leap forward for aeronautical training in the region. With this milestone acquisition, Argentina reaffirms its leadership in the use of the latest flight training tools across all Hispanic-speaking countries. The arrival of the brand-new P2006T NG SPORT expands the academy’s growing roster to a total of five Tecnam aircraft. Crucially, the new P2006T NG SPORT perfectly complements BA FLIGHT’s existing training fleet, which is based on several Tecnam P2002 and P2008 LSA (Light Sport Aircraft). Together, these aircraft provide a complete, comprehensive training experience with the most modern, technologically advanced, and fuel-efficient fleet available today. This fleet synergy significantly strengthens the LSA category in Argentina. Because BA FLIGHT students begin their LSA training in aircraft equipped with modern glass cockpits, they become intimately familiar with advanced avionics from day one. This strong technological foundation makes the eventual transition to the more complex, multi-engine P2006T NG SPORT incredibly smooth and intuitive.
