Metrojet Haite exits Funian stake

Metrojet Haite Business Aviation, a joint venture between ExecuJet Haite—a wholly owned subsidiary of the Haite Group and Metrojet Limited, a Hong Kong-based business jet operator, announces the successful completion of the equity transfer of Funian Aviation Co., Ltd. (Funian) to Southern Star Aviation Limited. Following the completion of this 100% equity transfer on 26 July 2024, Metrojet Haite Business Aviation Company Ltd. no longer holds any equity in Funian. “We have successfully completed this equity transfer and would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the teams and individuals involved for ensuring a smooth and efficient transition. It offers line and base maintenance support on multiple Embraer Executive Jets, Dassault, Bombardier, and Gulfstream models, as well as line support for the Boeing business jet. ExecuJet Haite is an Authorised Service Center for Gulfstream, Embraer Executive Jets, and Dassault Falcon Jet as well as Authorised by both Rolls-Royce and Honeywell on engines and APU’s.
