CPaT Global launches next-gen Boeing 737 MAX course

CPaT Global announced the launch of its NextGen Boeing 737 MAX Aircraft Systems course. The new course expands CPaT’s growing portfolio of training content designed to help airlines connect aircraft systems knowledge with operational application and support Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) programs. Built for flexible lesson development, the NextGen course features concise, topic-specific Microlessons that give trainers the building blocks to create targeted scenario-based lessons. This modular structure allows training departments to bring relevant systems content into lessons organized around operational situations and specific learning objectives, while giving pilots focused material to review as they prepare. “Aircraft systems knowledge becomes more meaningful when pilots can connect it to the situations they encounter in operation,” said Capt. Greg Darrow, Vice President of Sales at CPaT Global. “Our NextGen Boeing 737 MAX course gives training departments greater flexibility to make those connections through scenario-based learning that supports their CBTA programs.” Dynamic, realistic visuals powered by CPaT SmartGraphics help clarify complex systems and reinforce understanding. Together with the course’s modular design, these features support targeted study and recurrent training needs, with content that can be incorporated into lessons aligned with CBTA, Advanced Qualification Program (AQP), and Evidence-Based Training (EBT) objectives. The Boeing 737 MAX joins CPaT’s NextGen Boeing 737NG, Airbus A320ceo, Embraer E175, and Boeing 787 courses. The launch continues CPaT’s investment in an expanding Aircraft Systems portfolio that gives airlines more options for developing scenario-based training across their fleets. AVION, PAL-V, and FLYVE sign MOU for training devices AVION B.V., PAL-V International B.V., and FLYVE B.V. announced they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore a strategic cooperation focused on flight training devices and infrastructure. Under the MoU, the parties will jointly develop flight training devices and explore the co-use of AVION’s existing flight training centers, including its facilities in London and Mumbai, for gyrocopter and FlyDrive training programs. In addition, the cooperation will look at opening new satellite training centers to meet growing future demand. The cooperation supports PAL-V and FLYVE’s global strategy of establishing strategically located training hubs, combining gyrocopters, simulators, and related training infrastructure. AVION brings specialised expertise in the development, manufacturing, maintenance, and lifecycle support of advanced flight training devices, as well as its experience in setting up training centers worldwide. Prachee van Brandenburg, CEO at Avion: “This Memorandum of Understanding marks an important step in bringing our expertise in advanced flight training devices to a truly global training network. PAL-V and FLYVE share our commitment to safety and innovation and we look forward to exploring how our simulator technology and training center infrastructure can support their ambitions for gyrocopter and FlyDrive training worldwide.” Robert Dingemanse, CEO at PAL-V: “We are proud to take this step together with AVION. We are all Dutch companies, and it’s great to see two homegrown innovators join forces to advance flight training technology. This cooperation reflects the strength of the Dutch aerospace sector, and we look forward to exploring how our combined expertise can support a global network of training hubs for FlyDrive pilots.” Arthur van der Wees, CEO at FLYVE: “FLYVE is focused on creating professional and governmental multi- and intermodal mobility, logistics and operations a safe, sustainable and scalable reality together with our strategic partner PAL-V. FlyDrive training devices are a critical part of that. Together with AVION and PAL-V, we can combine our expertise to explore co-creating FlyDrive training ecosystems for professionals, in Europe and around the world.” For Editorial Inquiries Contact: Editor Matt Driskill at [email protected] For Advertising Inquiries Contact: Head of Sales Sally Passey at [email protected]
