AerFin adds to growing B777 inventory

AerFin is expanding its support for operators across North and Latin America with significant Boeing 777 inventory available through its Miami hub. AerFin’s Miami facility provides customers across the Americas with direct access to a growing inventory of Boeing 777 components, helping reduce lead times and improve operational continuity.Since 2021, AerFin has acquired 179 whole assets across airframes and engines, including 64 airframes and 115 engines. Alongside its substantial investment in A330 aircraft, the company has also made targeted acquisitions of 777-300ER assets to support growing market demand for widebody material. AerFin’s SVP Americas, Jacqueline Fernandez, said: “The Americas remains a key market for widebody operations, and operators need dependable access to material to keep aircraft available and costs under control. Our growing 777 inventory in Miami allows us to respond quickly to customer requirements while providing the local support and expertise our customers value.” The Miami warehouse and office form a central part of AerFin’s global network, providing a strategic gateway to customers across North America, Latin America and the Caribbean. By building inventory and positioning it close to our customers, we’re helping operators access quality material faster while benefiting from the flexibility and support that comes with partnering with AerFin.” FL Technics adds 4 new aircraft MRO approvals in UAE FL Technics subsidiary FL Technics LLC, which provides Line Maintenance services across the Middle East, has expanded its approved capabilities by adding Airbus A350, Boeing 777, Boeing 787, and Boeing 737 MAX with LEAP-1B approvals. These added approvals for wide-body aircraft complement the company’s existing narrow-body capabilities.The approvals will apply at three major airports in the UAE: Zayed International Airport (AUH), Dubai International Airport (DXB), and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). It will also provide FL Technics LLC to service the added aircraft types across its managed outstations in the region. “These approvals represent a new chapter in our growth and an important step in the continued development of FL Technics LLC, as we steadily expand our technical capabilities to meet the changing fleet requirements of airlines in the region. Our objective is to provide airlines with greater access to capable and reliable line maintenance support across our UAE stations, while also supporting their regional operations and outstation requirements as our network continues to develop,” said Arif Alameri, CEO of FL Technics. The Airbus A350, Boeing 777, Boeing 787, and Boeing 737 MAX with LEAP-1B are all now included within the company’s approved capability. FL Technics LLC already has the organisational capacity, expertise, and technical infrastructure to support these aircraft within the approved scope. “The UAE is a critical hub for airlines operating in the region and beyond.
