 Vietjet increases frequency on Australian routes from December 2023

Vietjet will increase the frequency of direct flights to and from Australia from 20 to 34 flights per week from December 2023. This includes daily return flights for the Ho Chi Minh City – Melbourne and Ho Chi Minh City – Sydney routes, while the Ho Chi Minh City – Brisbane route will increase to 3 return flights per week.

From December 1, 2023, Vietjet will fly daily from Ho Chi Minh City to Melbourne with 7 return flights per week. Flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Melbourne take off at 10:50 and land at 23:35 (local time), while flights from Melbourne to Ho Chi Minh City take off at 1:30 and arrive at Ho Chi Minh City at 6:20 (local time).

From December 5, 2023, Vietjet will fly daily from Ho Chi Minh City to Sydney with 7 return flights per week. Flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Sydney take off at 19:05 and land at 8:05 the next day (local time), while flights from Sydney to Ho Chi Minh City take off at 11:15 and land at 16:15 (local time).

From December 6, 2023, Vietjet will fly from Ho Chi Minh City to Brisbane with 3 return flights per week. Flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Brisbane depart on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:55 and arrive at 22:10 (local time), while flights from Brisbane to Ho Chi Minh City take off at 23:40 and land at 5:05 the next day (local time).

To celebrate the good news, Vietjet is offering a range of exciting promotions for its travelers.

From now until July 15, 2023, passengers can also receive up to 50% discount (*) on SkyBoss fares using the SKYBOSSPROMO50 code and Business class fares using the BUSINESSPROMO50 code when booking at www.vietjetair.com or the Vietjet Air mobile app. This code applies to Vietjet’s entire flight network throughout Vietnam and internationally including India, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan and other Southeast Asian destinations. Travel period is from 1 August to 30 November 2023.

From now until December 31, 2023, guests can book one-way tickets as low as USD0 (excluding taxes and fees) on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays when booking tickets at www.vietjetair.com or the Vietjet Air mobile app, applicable for all Vietjet’s international routes. Travel period is from August 10, 2023 to March 31, 2024. (excluding public holidays).

In addition, passengers flying with Vietjet to other international destinations and transiting through Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi are entitled to receive two transit service vouchers valued at approximately USD10 each, which can be used for meals at participating restaurants and slots at sleeping zones. Vouchers can be claimed at Vietjet’s transit counter in Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City and Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi.
