Avalon 25Vietjet continues to expand its presence in India with direct flights connecting Vietnamese coastal city of Da Nang with Ahmedabad, the largest city in the state of Gujarat in western India, enhancing air travel between the two countries and across Asia. This service will be kicked off on October 23.

In celebration of the new route, Vietjet has partnered with Furama Resort Danang, a premier resort known for its stunning beachfront location. The first 100 passengers to book on this route will have a chance to win a voucher for up to 100% off a one night’s stay at the resort.

As the airline with the largest network between Vietnam and India, Vietjet currently operates eight routes with 60 flights per week from New Delhi, Mumbai, Kochi, and Ahmedabad to Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang.

Da Nang is featured among National Geographic’s “50 Places to Visit in Your Lifetime” and also named as “The Most Liveable City” in Vietnam. Additionally, visitors can easily explore nearby UNESCO World Heritage sites, including Hoi An Ancient Town, My Son Sanctuary, and the Imperial City of Hue. Meanwhile, Ahmedabad is one of the best cities to live in the world’s most populous country. Situated in the western state of Gujarat, Ahmedabad has become a key economic and industrial center, significantly contributing to India’s economy and tourism sectors. Its historic area, known as Old Ahmedabad, has been recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage City.
