Vietjet has won the ‘Most Passenger-Friendly Cabin Crew – Thailand 2021’ award by International Finance Magazine, reinforcing its ‘Friendliness and Fun’ services following the airline’s core values of “Safety – Fun and Friendliness – Affordable price – Punctuality”.

“This award reaffirms our core values in making every flight a whole new level of flying experience for all passengers, with fun, creativity, yet hospitable service. Thanks to all Thai Vietjet cabin crew’s hard work, dedication, and fantastic inflight service along our journey since our first take-off. Even with COVID-19 safety precautions, we will continue to welcome all passengers with our excellent and friendly service, making every flight a memorable one for all.” said, Wanida Methathanakorn, Director of Flight Operation cum Cabin Crew Manager of Thai Vietjet.

‘Friendliness and Fun’ have always been one of Vietjet’s most important core values, together with ‘safety’, ‘punctuality’, and ‘affordable price’. The airline has regularly arranged special onboard activities to offer its passengers exclusive and memorable flying experiences on special occasions.  Recently, the airline has introduced its ‘4YourSmile’ project, aiming to inspire and motivate its staff in the service area to leverage their service quality, delivering even more excellent service to all passengers. The ‘Most Passenger-Friendly Cabin Crew’ award honours airlines that provide great in-flight service. The award is given to the airline with the friendliest and most welcoming flight crew, as this is a critical component of an airline’s passenger satisfaction.

International Finance Awards are organised by International Finance Magazine, a premium business and finance magazine published by UK’s International Finance Publications Limited. It recognises industry talent, leadership skills, industry net worth and capability on an international platform.
