Stratos delivers A330-200 to Iberia

Lessor Stratos announced the delivery of an Airbus A330-200 on long-term operating lease to Iberia in SpainStratos, an aircraft investment specialist and asset manager, announced the delivery of an Airbus A330-200 on long-term operating lease to Iberia, Spain’s biggest airline and part of the International Airlines Group (IAG).

The aircraft (MSN 1319) is owned by a US-based investor and was recovered from Virgin Australia and transitioned to Iberia. The aircraft will be deployed on operations for Level, the IAG low-cost brand based in Barcelona.

Stratos is the only aircraft servicer to hold both a UK FCA-issued fund license and a Select Servicer qualification from rating agency Standard & Poors. To date, the company has placed and sourced over 200 new and used aircraft worth over $7 billion and raised or traded $4.2 billion of aircraft-backed debt. Stratos manages a fleet of 61 aircraft worth over $3 billion.
