Airline associationsALSIM has announced that Skyborne Airline Academy has placed their second acquisition of an ALSIM AL42 simulator. The simulator will be delivered to their facility in Gloucestershire, United Kingdom.

The AL42 is an exact replica of the Diamond DA42, constructed using genuine aircraft components and equipped with the latest real-world Garmin G1000 avionics suite. It also features the latest-generation visual system, GFC 700 autopilot, and PBN/LPV capabilities.

Ian Cooper, Chief Operating Officer at Skyborne, explains the reason for his choice: “We have chosen the ALSIM AL42 simulator because we trust the brand and have a strong relationship with ALSIM. This device aligns with our airline training philosophy, focusing on high-quality, relevant airline training.”

Anna Lezoray, ALSIM Sales Account Manager, adds: “Our customers are our priority! We are proud when an existing customer renews his trust in our products and company. We have been working with Skyborne since their creation back in 2017 and are thrilled to continue accompany them in their further, even more successful development”.
