Rotortrade announced the sale of a third Leonardo AW139 helicopter to Toll Aviation, further strengthening its relationship with one of Australia’s leading specialised aviation operators. The latest transaction follows the agreement announced in May 2026 for the supply of two AW139 helicopters, reflecting the continued development of the relationship between the two companies and their shared commitment to supporting Toll Aviation’s operational requirements across Australia. As with the previous two aircraft, the third AW139 will undergo its four-year inspection and painting at Rotortrade’s MRO facility in Tallard, France, before delivery to Australia. The process combines Rotortrade’s aircraft sourcing and technical capabilities with its international transaction and delivery expertise, providing Toll Aviation with a comprehensive solution tailored to its operational needs. Toll Aviation, part of Toll Group, provides specialised aviation operations and training services across emergency response, government and Defence sectors in Australia. The acquisition of this additional AW139 supports the company’s ongoing investment in its fleet capabilities. For Rotortrade, the transaction further consolidates its position in the Australian market, where its relationship with Toll Aviation has developed into one of its key operator partnerships in the Asia-Pacific region. Marcello Corrado Salati, Rotortrade Deputy Head of Region APAC and Regional Sales Director, commented: “This third AW139 transaction represents another important milestone in our relationship with Toll Aviation. What began with the supply of two aircraft has developed into a strong and trusted partnership, built on a clear understanding of Toll’s operational requirements and a shared focus on delivering practical solutions. We greatly value the confidence Toll has placed in Rotortrade and look forward to continuing to support their fleet development in Australia.” For Editorial Inquiries Contact: Editor Matt Driskill at [email protected] For Advertising Inquiries Contact: Head of Sales Sally Passey at [email protected]
