RECARO Holding has released its financial results for 2025, reporting a total revenue of €723 million marking another year of double-digit growth. With an orderbook of almost €3 billion in 2025, RECARO saw an extremely successful year including new products and orders. This success is set to continue into 2026 as RECARO Gaming and RECARO Rail prepare to expand their footprints, and RECARO Aircraft Seating continues to experience an enormous ramp-up within the aviation industry. To prepare for industry growth, the company continues to allocate over 10% for innovations, product developments, and new projects. With this, increased investments will be dedicated to composite technology to meet high business demands in aviation. Furthermore, RECARO Aircraft Seating will continue to invest in space2grow initiatives as a way to meet customer needs and ensure facilities are prepared for the industry’s growth. One initiative recently announced is their multi-million Euro investment in infrastructure at their facility in Poland. This investment will increase office and production space to meet regional market demands, while advancing the site technologically. Now at nearly 3,400 employees worldwide, RECARO hired 250 employees globally over the last year with 150 located at their Aircraft Seating Headquarters in Schwaebisch Hall, Germany. The additional workforce comes even as RECARO continues to implement efficiency measures throughout the company and embrace AI-driven benefits across divisions. With another record-breaking year for the company, RECARO experienced moments of huge success. With nearly 120,000 PAX produced across seating classes in 2025, the Aircraft Seating division prepares for a ramp-up in production of their R3 economy class long-range seat over the next year. The R3 can currently be experienced with airlines such as Iberia, Aer Lingus, and Malaysia Airlines. In addition, as the division aims for market leadership within the business class segment, the R7 is bringing a new level of comfort to passengers with airlines like Iberia and LATAM. For RECARO Rail, they have spent the past year establishing a great rapport after the launch and production of their best-selling Luna seating series for regional trains. They also introduced Vela designed for both extended regional and long-distance segments. Both seating options combine modern aesthetics and enhanced passenger comfort with a strong focus on sustainability and durability. Within the RECARO Gaming division, strategic moves have been established to further expand their footprint and bring their award-winning seating solutions to gamers in a broader market. This includes their bestselling Aer, Nxt, and well-known EXO seating options. With a global employee satisfaction rate near 90%, the company was recognized with the Best Managed Company Award for their excellence in management and operations, and innovative business processes. In addition, RECARO Gaming was awarded the German Design Award for both their Aer and Nxt seating solutions, while the Nxt also received a Focus Open Award. “The global RECARO team is highly dedicated to their regions and customers they collaborate with, and truly deliver state-of-the-art seating solutions – which makes the difference,” said Dr. Mark Hiller, CEO of RECARO Holding and CEO & Shareholder of RECARO Aircraft Seating. “As RECARO continues to see successes and gain recognition within their individual markets, it confirms that our company strategy, culture, and commitment to ingenious design sets RECARO apart as a leader in seating solutions. Because of this, it’s with certainty that performance, reliability, quality, and innovation continue to be key pillars within our shared vision as we look forward to 2026.” For Editorial Inquiries Contact: Editor Matt Driskill at [email protected] For Advertising Inquiries Contact: Head of Sales Sally Passey at [email protected]
