MD Aircraft, Wings Capital Management, and Blue Skies Aviation sign LOI for 10 electric MDA1s

Wings Capital Management and Blue Skies Aviation Solutions signed a pre-order agreement with MD Aircraft to secure production slots for 10 all-electric MDA1 eViator aircraft, showing their commitment to introduce zero-emission regional air mobility across South Asia and the Asia-Pacific region. The agreement was signed in early July 2026 by representatives of all three organisations. The agreement establishes Blue Skies Aviation as the operating partner responsible for deploying and maintaining the aircraft and ensuring carbon free operations for its existing customer base, and at the same time establishes Wings Capital Management as a go-to financing partner for South Asian operators looking to acquire and operate MD Aircrafts all electric eViator.
