Indian carrier IndiGo has signed for Skywise Core X3, the premium tier of the Skywise Core X suite, designed to explore complex, uncharted data through advanced analytics. While Skywise Core has already established core data foundation and streamlined early fleet insights at IndiGo – the airline has been using it since 2020 – the carrier is now upgrading to Skywise Core X3 to gain a highly advanced, unified operational data foundation. Skywise Core X3 will support the industrialisation of IndiGo’s artificial intelligence ambitions, allowing the airline to build machine learning models, deploy operationally intelligent applications, and establish automated data pipelines. While generic data analytics solutions often require extensive customisation, Skywise Core X3 comes pre-verified for aviation-grade needs and compliance, enabling IndiGo to accelerate time-to-value while reducing the overhead traditionally associated with building and scaling enterprise analytics ecosystems. At the same time, the solution offers a ready-made data foundation specifically purpose-built for Flight Operations and Technical Operations contexts, ensuring data integrity across departments. IndiGo is one of the largest Airbus A320neo operators in the world, and one of the largest Skywise Flight Planning customers. The integration of Skywise Core X3 will further drive the operational efficiency of IndiGo’s existing fleet, while seamlessly scaling to support its future A350-900 operations. Marc Lemeilleur, CEO of Skywise, said: “Skywise Core X3 addresses both IndiGo’s immediate infrastructure needs and its longer-term AI ambitions within a single, governed platform. It is a platform the airline can grow into, not just start with. For IndiGo, Core X3 is the right infrastructure for all the data-driven and AI-powered capabilities they will need tomorrow.” Isidre Porqueras, Chief Operating Officer of IndiGo, added: “At IndiGo’s scale, data must help us look ahead and not just explain the past. Skywise Core X3 will create a trusted aviation data foundation that enables faster decisions, anticipates operational challenges and improves reliability. As our fleet and network grow, it will help us turn complex data into measurable operational outcomes.” For Editorial Inquiries Contact: Editor Matt Driskill at [email protected] For Advertising Inquiries Contact: Head of Sales Sally Passey at [email protected]
