ExecuJet Haite wins top MRO award at AsBAA’s ‘Icons of Aviation Awards 2026’

ExecuJet Haite Aviation Services China has been recognised by the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA) as ‘Best MRO Provider’ at the Icons of Aviation Awards 2026, marking the fourth consecutive year the company has received an AsBAA MRO maintenance service award. Launched in 2015, the AsBAA Icons of Aviation Awards recognise outstanding achievements across the business aviation industry. The latest accolade reflects ExecuJet Haite’s continued commitment to technical excellence, regulatory compliance and customer service, as well as its ongoing investment in capabilities to meet the evolving needs of business jet operators in China, across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. ExecuJet Haite achieved significant milestones in 2026 that further strengthened its position as a leading business aviation MRO provider. The company secured additional approvals in February from the US FAA, Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) and Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority (CAAV) to perform maintenance on Gulfstream G700s, the aircraft manufacturer’s largest business jet. The approvals enable ExecuJet Haite’s maintenance facilities at Tianjin Binhai International Airport and Beijing Daxing Internation Airport to perform FAA-approved line and base maintenance checks on the G700. The company can now provide maintenance support for the aircraft under FAA, QCAA, CAAV, Cayman and Bermuda approvals, further expanding its ability to serve international operators. These achievements reflect the company’s investment in continuous training, advanced tooling and robust quality systems. ExecuJet Haite strengthened its international service offering when its Tianjin facility obtained bonded maintenance approval in February 2026. The approval allows overseas aircraft spare parts, materials and equipment to remain duty-free while stored and used within the bonded area, subject to applicable customs arrangements. This helps simplify customs procedures, reduce customers’ tax exposure and shorten lead times for critical components, ultimately minimising aircraft downtime and improving operational efficiency. Paul Desgroseilliers, General Manager of ExecuJet Haite, says: “We are honoured to receive the Best MRO Provider Award from AsBAA for the fourth consecutive year. This recognition is a testament to the dedication and professionalism of our teams in Tianjin and Beijing, and to the trust our customers and partners place in us. Throughout 2026, we have continued to invest in our technical capabilities and expand our service offering, including securing additional regulatory approvals for the Gulfstream G700 and obtaining bonded maintenance approval at our Tianjin facility. These milestones reinforce our commitment to delivering reliable, internationally competitive and efficient maintenance services to business aviation operators in China and around the world. We thank AsBAA, our customers, partners and colleagues for their continued support.” For Editorial Inquiries Contact: Editor Matt Driskill at [email protected] For Advertising Inquiries Contact: Head of Sales Sally Passey at [email protected]
