CPaT enlists McCarthy Capital to accelerate growth; signs deal with Avelo Airlines

CPaT Global announced the company has partnered with McCarthy Capital to accelerate its growth. Founded in 1994, CPaT was one of the first companies to introduce computer-based training to the industry and today provides a flexible and expandable software platform that supports all aspects of training development and course delivery. “Throughout its history, CPaT has led the industry in content creation and accessibility,” said Patrick Duffy, president and managing partner at McCarthy Capital. “We look forward to partnering with management as they continue to innovate and deliver mission-critical training to a growing industry.” CPaT plans to continue investing in its CPaT Invent software platform, which allows users to create and tailor lessons to meet the specific training needs of their unique organization, as well as continuing to expand its market-leading library of aviation courses. “We are excited to be partnering with McCarthy Capital as we continue to grow CPaT’s operations, expand the user base, and ultimately improve outcomes for our airline partners and aviation professionals around the world,” said Kent Morrison, president of CPaT Global. “We are excited to partner with the management team of CPaT,” said Thomas Sudyka, Senior Associate at McCarthy Capital. “CPaT is a trusted brand with a strong track record, and we look forward to helping the Company continue to add value for its customers.” CPaT expands contract with Avelo Airlines CPaT Global also announced it has been awarded an expanded contract by Avelo Airlines. CPaT will be providing an enhanced tailoring curriculum for the Boeing 737NG, including Aircraft Systems courses and CPaT’s General Subjects library. “CPaT is proud to support Avelo Airlines as it becomes one of the most exciting and dynamic low-cost airlines in the US,” said Capt.
