ATR appoints new CEO and new CFO

ATR has appointed Vittorio Lorenzo Della Bella as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer effective November 1. Della Bella succeeds Nathalie Tarnaud Laude following the terms set by ATR’s bylaws. Currently President of Leonardo Helicopters U.S., Della Bella previously served as Senior Vice-President Customer Support, Services & Training for Leonardo Helicopters, where he led a global organisation of approximately 2,500 employees supporting more than 4,500 helicopters and 1,300 customers worldwide. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership positions spanning programme management, business development, customer support and international industrial cooperation, notably serving as Managing Director of NHIndustries. Patrick Bergues. As a joint venture between Airbus and Leonardo, with balanced shareholder representation within its executive leadership team, ATR has also appointed Patrick Bergues as Senior Vice-President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, also effective November 1st, 2026. Patrick succeeds Andrea Coccetti, who will be taking on a new role within the Leonardo group. Bergues joins ATR from Airbus, where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Airbus in the U.S. and Chief Financial Officer of Starlab Space. During his career spanning more than three decades in aerospace finance, he has held a variety of senior leadership positions covering corporate finance, aircraft financing, insurance and risk management, financial analysis and business control across Airbus’ commercial aircraft, helicopters, defence, space and services activities. Antoine Hanna. Hanna brings nearly 20 years of aviation industry experience and has been with SR Technics since 2007. Most recently serving as Business Development Director in the region, he has played a key role in driving regional growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding SR Technics’ presence across key markets. “Antoine’s deep market and technical knowledge, customer focus, and proven commercial leadership make him ideally positioned to support our continued growth in the region.
