CDB Aviation wraps up deal with Volaris

BOC Aviation announced it has agreed to purchase and leaseback three Boeing 737-8 aircraft to new customer Akasa Air on long-term operating leases. At Akasa Air, our fleet expansion is guided by a disciplined and sustainable approach, ensuring operational efficiency while delivering a reliable and differentiated flying experience for our passengers.” CDB Aviation wraps up deal with Volaris CDB Aviation, a wholly owned Irish subsidiary of China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co., Limited (“CDB Leasing”), announced the completion of a mandate to deliver five Airbus A320neo Family aircraft to its long-standing customer, Volaris. CDB Aviation has to date delivered a total of 16 of the lessor’s aircraft assets on lease to the Mexican carrier.
