Aerius Leasing completes Leonardo AW139 purchase and leaseback

Aerius Leasing announced the successful completion of its inaugural purchase and leaseback transaction involving a Leonardo AW139 helicopter to support offshore energy operations in Indonesia. The aircraft was purchased from Malaysia headquartered, Weststar Aviation Services and will be operated by PT Weststar Aviation Indonesia in support of ENI’s offshore oil and gas activities in Indonesia. The transaction further underscores the continued demand for modern, medium twin-engine helicopters capable of supporting complex offshore transportation missions in the Asia-Pacific region.
