Plaza Premium Group and PT IAS Hospitality a subsidiary of InJourney Aviation Services have collaborated to expand premium lounge accessPlaza Premium Group (PPG) and PT IAS Hospitality, a subsidiary of InJourney Aviation Services, have collaborated to expand premium lounge access for travelers across Indonesia and worldwide. Under the collaboration, customers of PPG’s partners can access 26 lounges operated by IASH across Indonesia, while customers of IASH’s partners can access up to 100 Plaza Premium Lounges globally.

The collaboration leverages PPG’s extensive global lounge network, with a presence in some of the world’s busiest hubs such as Singapore Changi, Dubai International, London Heathrow, Toronto Pearson, and Dallas Fort Worth. It will better serve IASH’s customers and elevate the overall travel experience through PPG’s award‑winning Plaza Premium Lounge and Plaza Premium First in popular global destinations. At the same time, PPG’s global customers flying to Indonesia can enjoy premium airport lounges in airports where PPG does not operate directly, via IASH’s nationwide network. By combining PPG’s global reach with IASH’s deep local presence, the two companies will extend access to premium lounge experiences for more travelers, supporting the growth of both outbound and inbound travel in Indonesia.

As Indonesia’s largest airport lounge operator, IASH brings a distinct local strength to this collaboration through its emphasis on Indonesian hospitality and warmth, service-oriented experiences. This unique approach adds meaningful value for Plaza Premium Group’s customers travelling through Indonesia, offering them not only premium facilities but also a service experience that reflects the country’s renowned friendliness and cultural warmth.

Indonesia is one of the largest Southeast Asian market in terms of passenger volume. Government data shows that Indonesia recorded 15.39 million foreign tourist arrivals in 2025, with projections indicating up to 17.6 million international arrivals by 2026, underscoring continued growth in inbound travel.

Indonesia is also witnessing steady growth in outbound travel. Some of the most popular destinations include Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, China, Cambodia, and Australia, all of which are covered under Plaza Premium’s lounge network.

“Southeast Asia is a key strategic market for our business, and Indonesia, as the largest economy in ASEAN and a fast‑growing tourism market, presents a significant opportunity for growth. We are excited to add IASH’s lounges to our growing global lounge network. This partnership underscores PPG’s and IASH’s shared ambition to raise the bar for airport hospitality by offering a consistent, high‑quality lounge experience for business and leisure travelers, whether departing from Indonesia or connecting through major international gateways. At Plaza Premium Group, our mission is to make travel better, and this partnership is another step towards delivering a consistent airport hospitality experience for travelers wherever they go.” said Song Hoi See, Founder and CEO of Plaza Premium Group.

“This collaboration further extends the global reach of IASH’s airport lounge network. Through our partnership with Plaza Premium Group, IASH lounges will be connected to Plaza Premium Group’s extensive global sales and distribution channels, opening wider access for international travelers, airlines, and corporate partners worldwide. By integrating IASH into a world-class global network, this partnership strengthens Indonesia’s position as a key gateway in international aviation while reinforcing our commitment to service excellence and an elevated travel experience for both inbound and outbound passengers.” said Ariadevi Hermaini, Director of Commercial PT IAS Hospitality Indonesia.
