Peach Receives Award for Best Low Cost Carrier in North & East Asia at Future Travel Experience Asia EXPO 2017
Peach received the Best Low Cost Carrier in North & East Asia Award at the Future Travel Experience Asia Expo 2017 held in Singapore on November 7 for the second time following 2015.
The FTE Asia EXPO is the biggest exposition in Asia that aims to improve the standards of service for the overall industry by broadly disseminating information on the latest initiatives with a focus on passenger services offered by airlines in Asia.
About 2,000 organizations including airlines, airport companies, and major suppliers gathered together at the recent FTE Asia EXPO 2017, among whom a total of 14 airlines and airport companies were recognized with awards for their particularly outstanding services.
As one of those companies, Peach has been recognized for its innovative initiatives that go beyond the frameworks of airlines and lead the aviation industry in northeast Asia such as its unique cost management system that realizes a stable business foundation, check-in machines made of cardboard materials, and its introduction of a bitcoin payment system to receive the award for best low cost carrier in North East Asia.
