Avalon 25Nayak Aircraft Services has completed the acquisition of Hovby Aero AB/Nordic MRO, strengthening its presence in the MRO market and expanding its reach in Northern Europe.

“By the combined effort we are expecting to make an improved offering to our customers in the Nordics and over our full European network“, says Marco Smit, CEO of Nayak Aircraft Services. “We see two businesses driven by shared values; starting with a customer-centric approach and the commitment to provide flexible, tailored solutions across Europe, now with enhanced capabilities and a stronger presence in Northern Europe. This gives the solid basis for further growth of our business.“

The new organisation will combine its existing operations of ARN, CPH and HEL, being active under the name Nayak-LM Nordic AB, which is headed by Kjell Andersson and Stephane Klaver. It will retain the experienced teams, customer proximity, and work flexibility that have established Nayak Aircraft Services and Hovby Aero AB / Nordic MRO as trusted names in their respective markets.

Nayak Aircraft Services has started to work on strategic expansion, both organically and through M&A, in 2024, with this first acquisition in the Nordics as a result.
