Narita to offer incentives
Tokyo Narita International Airport says it will cut or eliminate landing fees for up to one year for airlines that introduce new routes, starting in April.
Local media reports said that the programme is designed to encourage airlines protect its hub status from competitors in the region, including Tokyo Haneda International Airport.
