Metrojet Haite exits Funian stake

Following the completion of a 100% equity transfer Metrojet Haite Business Aviation Company Ltd. no longer holds any equity in Funian.Metrojet Haite Business Aviation, a joint venture between ExecuJet Haite—a wholly owned subsidiary of the Haite Group and Metrojet Limited, a Hong Kong-based business jet operator, announces the successful completion of the equity transfer of Funian Aviation Co., Ltd. (Funian) to Southern Star Aviation Limited. Following the completion of this 100% equity transfer on 26 July 2024, Metrojet Haite Business Aviation Company Ltd. no longer holds any equity in Funian.

This milestone marks a significant step forward for all parties, and we are confident that it will lead to continued growth and success for Funian,” said Paul Desgrosseilliers, General Manager of ExecuJet Haite and Gary Dolski, CEO of Metrojet.

“Metrojet will continue with our operations in Hong Kong and the Philippines, maintaining our commitment to providing the highest standards of safety and service to our aircraft management and maintenance clients in the Asia Pacific region and beyond,” Dolski added.

ExecuJet Haite is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Haite Group and holds CAAC, EASA, FAA, Cayman, Bermuda, Aruba, Hong Kong, and Macau Part 145 approvals. It offers line and base maintenance support on multiple Embraer Executive Jets, Dassault, Bombardier, and Gulfstream models, as well as line support for the Boeing business jet. ExecuJet Haite is an Authorised Service Center for Gulfstream, Embraer Executive Jets, and Dassault Falcon Jet as well as Authorised by both Rolls-Royce and Honeywell on engines and APU’s.

Established in 1997, Metrojet pioneered business aviation services in Hong Kong. The company provides all-inclusive aircraft management, charter, maintenance, and aviation consultancy services to its growing business aviation customer base.
