Leonardo Australia facility gains CASA Part 145 certification

https://www.facc.com/Pure-CabinLeonardo Australia announced that the Essendon Fields Service Centre (Melbourne – VIC) has received CASA Part 145 approval from the Civil Aviation Safety Authority, demonstrating Leonardo’s commitment in providing the highest level of quality management and service excellence to our customers and further expanding its capabilities.

The CASA Part 145 Maintenance approval is an enhanced regulatory standard based on Safety Management System (SMS) aimed at achieving the highest level of aviation safety performance. The approval will enable Leonardo Australia to pursue opportunities expanding its level of services; the aim is to attract commercial operators offering deeper level maintenance and safety. Today Leonardo Australia is supporting a growing fleet of over 110 commercial and military products for more than 30 customers within the Oceania  region.
