Jet Aviation Staffing receives Gulfstream Supplier of Year Award

Teterboro /June 26, 2018 – Jet Aviation Staffing’s dedication to customer service has been recognized by Gulfstream with a Supplier of the Year Award. Bill Williams, Gulfstream’s vice president of Supply Chain Production & Completions, presented the award to Jet Aviation – its first time winning one of the awards – at Gulfstream’s Operators & Suppliers Conference in Savannah, GA, on June 4.

“Delivering exceptional customer service is always our primary goal and we’re proud to have Gulfstream recognize our performance and dedication to serving their needs,” said Elaine Lapotosky, director of Operations at Jet Aviation Staffing. “This award is recognition of our entire team’s support of the Gulfstream account at all times and for all needs and services.”

Nathan Ross, director of Technical Services, said, “This honor is only given to a few key partners in Gulfstream’s GAC supply chain. This is a great accomplishment for the team that recognizes the top level of support for our partner and sister company.”

Ross said Jet Aviation’s work with Gulfstream includes technical staffing services for their service center and flight and cabin crew for their internal flight department. Jet Aviation also supports Gulfstream’s Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) program to provide global maintenance support for Gulfstream mission aircraft and its Cabin System Specialist (CSS) program that provides training for new owners and crew of Gulfstream’s technologically advanced cabins.

Jet Aviation is the only global company offering a full range of aviation staffing services for business jet operators.

Jet Aviation, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), was founded in Basel, Switzerland, in 1967 and is one of the leading business aviation services companies in the world. More than 4,000 employees cater to client needs from some 30 airport facilities throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia, North America and the Caribbean. The company provides maintenance, completions and refurbishment, FBO and fuel services, along with aircraft management, charter and staffing services.
