Incheon airport deploys SITA bag drop technology
Incheon International Airport said it has deployed SITA’s self-service Drop & Fly bag drop technology at its new Terminal 2 in preparation for the 100 million passengers projected by 2030.
Drop&Fly simplifies the bag drop process, cutting time for passengers and improving their experience.
This technology also makes more efficient use of terminal capacity and ensures more accurate baggage handling. Drop & Fly has been in operation at the airport’s Terminal 1 since 2016. – Matt Driskill
