EVFLY Signed an MoU with Yas Holding Aviation Division Al Shaheen Aviation Holding L.L.C. 

EVFLY and Al Shaheen Aviation Holding signed an MoU to;

  • Establish a phased approach partnership that promotes effective use of collaboratively developed information and knowledge related to Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) and Electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing vehicles (eVTOLs) in accordance with relevant GCAA regulations.
  • Stimulate innovation and growth in the air mobility industry, develop national talent, and strengthen stakeholder capacity for engaging in urban air mobility mostly in the UAE (United Arab Emirates).

At the Dubai Airport Show 2023, EVFLY, a company that manages and operates the new generation of electric aircraft eVTOL (Electric Vertical Take Off and Landing) also specialized in AAM (Advance Air Mobility) services, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Aviation Division (Al Shaheen Aviation Holding L.L.C.) of YAS Holding, based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The goal of this collaboration is to work together to advance AAM technologies in the UAE and develop domestic talent for future jobs, including a focus on training and apprenticeships for all AAM sectors.

Division CEO – Aviation / Aviation Division of YAS Holding LLC, Mr. Efgan Dengür commented; “We are excited to join forces with EVFLY in this strategic partnership.
