Embraer Services & Support is accelerating its growth pace and consolidating its role as one of the main drivers of growth for the next few years by offering high-skilled agnostic services combining operational excellence, customer experience, and innovative solutions. Today the business unit announced several new initiatives, including new MRO facilities, full-flight simulators network expansion, Pool Program growth, AHEAD (Aircraft Health Analysis and Diagnosis) update, and connectivity solutions for E-Jets.

Embraer Services & Support has been expanding its MRO network worldwide at a fast pace during the past year. The business unit doubled its maintenance service capacity for Executive Jets in the United States, through the addition of three Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facilities in Dallas Love Field, Cleveland, and Sanford. In Europe, Embraer Services & Support also announced that will double its capacity for Executive Jets in Le Bourget (France).

The full-flight simulator global network is also growing. Embraer Services & Support will open three new Commercial Aviation simulators worldwide. The locations will be disclosed soon. In partnership with CAE, Embraer opened this year the Asia Pacific region’s first E-Jets E2 simulator in Singapore near Changi Airport, aiming to support E2 operators in the region. For Executive Jets, two more simulators are also to start operations, in locations to be revealed. CAE and Embraer have just launched a new full-flight simulator in Burgess-Hill for the Phenom 300. Additionally, a new simulator for the C-390 Millennium will be disclosed soon. Embraer already has a full-flight simulator for the multimission aircraft in São José dos Campos, Brazil.

“Our business unit has reached a US$ 3.1 billion record backlog in 2024, by offering the best-in-class agnostic services in key market areas such as MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), Engines, Aerostructures, Training, Materials, Modifications, and Conversions. Embraer Services & Support aims to continue expanding its global footprint, strengthening its position as a growth driver for Embraer” says Carlos Naufel, President and CEO, Embraer Services & Support.

The Pool Program is also growing at a fast pace. Since 2023, more than 180 E-Jets joined the Program network. The program currently supports 66 airlines worldwide. With the Pool Program, Embraer provides support to airlines with its technical expertise and its wide component services network, generating significant savings in repair and inventory carrying costs and a reduction in warehousing space and resources required for repair management, while providing guaranteed performance levels and industry-leading cost predictability.

Embraer Services & Support has also been introducing substantial updates to AHEAD (Aircraft Health Analysis and Diagnosis) platform. These enhancements are designed to optimise maintenance operations, featuring improvements to the repeater function, the tracking of exceedance and adverse events, and a groundbreaking fuel consumption module. AHEAD’s advanced solutions leverage data to foresee potential maintenance needs, facilitating predictive maintenance for E-Jets fleets. By identifying patterns of aircraft systems degradation and suggesting preventive actions, AHEAD offers our customers unparalleled efficiency and operational excellence.

Another important update from Embraer Services & Support is E-Jets connectivity solution, as the business unit started to offer the product along with partners. More than 30 E-Jets are receiving the solution worldwide, further integrating operators’ fleets with fast Wi-Fi for its customers.
