DNATA GROWS IN CHANGI

Ground handler dnata opened its new lounge at Singapore Changi Airport’s T3 in late July, and also gave a glimpse of its new staff uniforms that form part of its global rebranding.

The new dnata lounge will be dnata’s second Premium passenger lounge at Changi and occupies over 400m2 of space with a range of facilities including showers, business centre workstations with full Wi-Fi connectivity and two snack counters. The lounge can cater to up to 85 passengers at any one time.

Dnata has also recently opened a Premier Check-In lounge in Terminal 1 with direct access to the immigration area and has enhanced Skyview Lounge, its first premium passenger lounge situated at Terminal 1, with an investment of approximately S$200,000 being made to increase the total lounge capacity to 239 customers.

Dnata’s Singapore operation currently provides ground handling, cargo and catering operations to 53 scheduled airlines. Dnata Singapore was known as Changi International Airport Services until being rebranded last year. Dnata acquired CIAS in 2004.
