CIRIUM: AirAsia tops SE Asia on-time table

Aviation Festival AFA 728 x 90With an OTP of 85.48%, AirAsia (AK) is the leader in the Southeast Asia region for the month of April. Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL), a hub for AirAsia, ended the month with an OTP of 77.62%.

Indonesia AirAsia (QZ) maintained its second-place position and achieved an OTP of 84.86%. Following a near 3-point improvement from last month, Vietnam Airlines (VN)climbed to the third-place position with an OTP of 81.85%. Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), a hub for Vietnam Airlines, concluded the month with an OTP of 73.18%.

Bangkok Airways (PG), a new name in the Southeast Asia regional ranking, secured the fourth-place position in April with an OTP of 81.59%. Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK), which serves as the main hub for the airline, finished the month with an OTP of 72.03%, down by nearly 3-points from last month’s OTP of 74.54%.
