Taiwan-based China Airlines (CAL) was named the HR Asia Best Company to Work for in Asia for the third consecutive year, reflecting the tremendous progress made by China Airlines in employee engagement and corporate sustainability. For this year’s evaluation, China Airlines emerged from a field of 360 enterprises to receive the recognition from the judging panel.

The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia award is hosted by human resources magazine HR Asia and is the leading award for human resources management in Asia. In being named the Best Company to Work for in Asia for the third straight year, China Airlines demonstrated it’s commitment to talent sustainability as the best carrier in Taiwan, making yet another milestone achieve together with its employees.
This year, China Airlines was ranked by the yes123 recruitment website as a Top Three Dream Enterprise for Summer Internships. In 2024, China Airlines was presented with a Gold Award for Happy Enterprise in the Trade and Logistics Sector by 1111 Job Bank, and the TTQS Talent Development Quality Silver Medal from the Ministry of Labor. China Airlines is actively expanding its passenger and cargo network, fleet size , and the scale of business operations.
