Air Tahiti, the domestic airline of Tahiti and its islands, said it will increase its flight frequencies between Tahiti and Rarotonga, Cook Islands, starting June 29, 2025. Two additional weekly flights will be added through the end of the year. This enhancement aims to provide greater flexibility and more travel options for passengers between French Polynesia and the Cook Islands.

From Tahiti: For Air Rarotonga flights, check-in and boarding are handled at the international terminal of Tahiti-Faa’a Airport. For Air Tahiti flights, check-in takes place at the domestic terminal, with boarding at the international terminal.
From Rarotonga: All check-in procedures are managed by Air Rarotonga, regardless of the operating carrier.
