Aergo Capital announces the successful delivery of aircraft to Batik Air Malaysia and Afrijet

Aergo Capital Limited has delivered two B737-8 (MAX) aircraft to Batik Air Malaysia. The aircraft, bearing manufacturer serial numbers 43017 and 43018, are the second and third of eight MAX aircraft to be delivered to the Lion Air Group. Aergo Capital secured a loan facility from AV Airfinance to assist in the finance and acquisition of these aircraft.

Fred Browne, Chief Executive Officer of Aergo, commented: “We are pleased to announce the successful delivery of two further Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft to Batik Air Malaysia. The first of these aircraft was delivered less than a month ago and we are looking forward to delivering the remaining 5 aircraft in the coming months. A special thanks to everyone involved in continuing to successfully execute this deal”

Aergo Capital announces the successful delivery of one (1) ATR72-600 to Afrijet

Aergo Capital Limited has delivered one ATR72-600 aircraft bearing manufacturer serial number 1199 to Afrijet.

Fred Browne, Chief Executive Officer of Aergo, commented: “We are very pleased to have completed the delivery of this ATR72-600 to Afrijet. I would like to extend my thanks to all of those involved in getting this transaction across the line and we look forward to continuing to grow our business and develop our relationship with Afrijet”.
