Kwan has an accomplished track record with close to 20 years of experience in planning, investment and business development in the aviation, airline, airport, and tourism and travel industries. She specialises in advising on business strategy, investments and PPPs, particularly in airports. During her career, she was involved in the investment, asset management and divestment of several aviation companies including airports, airlines and ground handlers. Prior to joining Alton, Kwan was a Managing Director of Investments at Changi Airports International (CAI), where she was responsible for driving the investment strategy of CAI and designing holistic and practical solutions for CAI’s partners in airport management and development. At CAI, she successfully set up an airport investment platform and raised over US$1 billion in capital from institutional investors. She led teams to successfully bid for airport concessions in the Middle East & Asia Pacific and was the board representative on several projects.
